Snail Game attended the 7th China Korea and Japan Culture Industry Forum with an invitation [2008-09-18]
On 17th, Sep. 2008, the 7th China Korea and Japan Culture Industry Forum was opened in Dalian. Nearly 200 people from governments, culture enterprises and representatives of guilds of the three countries attended this forum. This forum is held in China, Korea and Japan by turns, and it was promoted to the vice ministerial level in the third session, and was placed in the China Korea and Japan Co-operation Action Strategy made by the three countries , which will be the official form for the three countries’ culture industry co-operation.

This session of forum was hosted by the Ministry of Culture of the PRC. This is the third time China hosts this session. The preceding two sessions were held in Seoul and Osaka. Only three enterprises of the game industry in China were invited to this session. Snail Game as the 2007 to 2008 National Culture Export Significant Enterprise had the opportunity to attend this session and took part in the section discussion, which indicates that Snail Game has made great achievements in culture export During this session, Mr. Chang Sheng, the senior director of Snail’s information management made a speech with the name of To be the Best Virtual World Creator for the Chinese Culture Prosperity.

"We believe that the man has the same emotion demand for the culture, whether in the virtual or the actual world. The whole internet is a big world, where we see various virtual environments, like different races having different culture backgrounds. We believe that there are two factors in the virtual world, one is source, the other is rule. The man in reality interact in digital environment consequently new sources and rules emerge. As a matter of fact the internet game companies are companies which make best use of sources and rule because they need to create new environment to attract users to stay. That is why internet game companies are most profitable and definitely culture is the key element."

Snail Game is very aware that the internet enterprises will integrate all the internet application to make a virtual world ultimately. Owing to the awareness, Snail Game has made much preparation: big world plan, virtual items manufacture, communication with users, rein all the elements of the virtual world meanwhile making, operating and bargaining games. We can develop, operate and bargain games on our own.

Attending this forum indicates the important status of Snail Game in the Chinese game industry. It is believed Snail Game has made much progress in overseas market. Snail Game hopes that it will have further co-operation with other Asian countries and areas in culture field with the purpose of cultivating enormous culture sources and markets by this forum.
