April 4th-6th of 2008, 2008 Strategy Planning Conference of Snail Game opened in Yangcheng Lake Business Hotel. 35 Senior managements from Shanghai and Suzhou came to take part in the meeting.

Manager of each department submit Department Planning of 2008 at the conference. After analysis of performance indicators, Snail Game confirmed current developing guidance

through summit forum of "Seek Benefit or excavate self-value". After the meeting , Mr. Shi Hai made a speech about this question and confirmed developing guidance of snail game in current stage:

Idea is most valuable for Snail Game. Snail Game believes that keep reasoning and think of itself is of more importance. Snail, nothing is unchangeable. Snail features self-thinking and choosing rather than blindly copying. Even at last we achieved the same result with other companies; we are still different because all of the process is marked by Snail's footprint. We will be responsible for our actions, value and mission. What matters is the process rather than the result.

Spiraling upward is review on ourselves according to market change to change to a better status rather than giving up our original idea or method.
